How short term can you think?

Recently I came across 3 examples of bad customer service and all of them from the domain and hosting providers.
If you really want to see how good your domain and hosting providers are, just tell them that you want to transfer the domain or hosting, their true colors will come out.
How short term are they thinking?
By keeping your customer hostage for few more days or weeks, what gain are you making here? Few thousand bucks and a customer gone for a life along with all the references she could have given you!
I wish them all the best for their business because it is surely closing soon.
Yes i am totally agree with you.Purchased a domain but having no account and access right, every time i have to contact them for changing required settings 🙁
Very true. This is not only with the domain provider. I had experienced it with different service providers even after paying a large amount. And along with it when you ask any reason for certain think they will give a wired answer and think that you are a uneducated person who dont know anything.

One of company is namedeal.com, i am facing the same.After 3-4 days effort i got EEP and transform mail, now all is well….By the way nice post will help other noobs…
